The cast and the story

Mr Fox is a tricky, clever fox who lives underground with his wife and children. To feed his family he makes nightly visits to Boggis, Bunce and Bean, the local dim witted cruel farmers. After shooting off Mr Fox’s tail the farmers dig up the foxes burrow and drive them underground. The farmers lie in wait for the foxes to emerge, but meanwhile, underground, Mr Fox has devised a clever plan to acquire food. Aided by all the other starving underground creatures, they prepare a banquet to celebrate outwitting the nasty farmers!
